600 to 700 lbs of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes at about 22.5 Brix now. These vines are 3 years old and this is the first harvest. $5 for a 5 gallon bucket of grapes. That’s about 22 cents a pound. Contact Greg Leathem at (916) 847-6157.

Winemakers can drop off their wine samples for analysis at Folsom Lake College’s El Dorado Center in Placerville. Due to limited staffing, drop-off procedures have been updated (see this link). The major change is to contact instructor Clare Kessler to ensure that she can receive your samples directly.
