Sentia Testing Available! Bring your Samples Wednesday Night!

Wondering if your wine has VA?  We now can test for acetic acid using the Sentia Wine Analyzer! Seems like there might be some residual sugar? We can test that also with glucose and fructose strips!

Currently we have test strips for free SO2, Malic Acid, Acetic Acid, Glucose, Fructose and Titratable Acidity (TA).

All of this for the low price of $4.00 per test.

If you are interested in analyzing your wine, please bring a small sample of your wine to the next SHW Wednesday night meeting. Your results will be returned to you the next day.  The NEXT day! That’s crazy!

We have 1.5 ml tubes that you can pick up at the meeting for sampling your wine. To make things even easier, we have a link for paying with a credit card, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay.
