Don’t guess! Get your wines tested by the Club using the Sentia wine analyzer. SHW offers wine analyses of your wines for pH, titratable acidity (TA), free SO2 , malic acid (MA), and glucose-fructose (residual sugar).
- Bring your wine samples to be tested to SHW meetings and drop them off. See HERE for the details.
- Each test Is $4. You can pay using credit card, Venmo, check or cash (cash must be exact; no change given). Current members only.
