When you volunteer for the Home Winemaking Booth at the State Fair, you will receive:
- Free entry to the State Fair (for the day you volunteer)
- Free parking to the State Fair (for the day you volunteer)
- A FAQ and instructions for the booth
This year, the State Fair’s run is from July 17- August 2. Please check your calendars to see if you can fill one of our shifts. To sign up for a shift go to: https://shw.ivolunteer.com/home_winemaking_2026

More fun! This year everyone who volunteers (and shows up) for a shift will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win two (2) tickets to the 2026 SHW Holiday Dinner, a value of approx. $120!
- One (1) shift – 1 ticket
- Two (2) shifts – 2 tickets
- Three (3) shifts – 5 tickets
- Each shift greater than three (3) follows the same award as above
