Bring your wine samples to Wednesay’s meeting if you would like to test for free SO2 and / or malic acid. We have test strips on hand for these analyses. Each test per wine is $5 apiece.

The Club’s Sentia wine analyzer also tests for acetic acid, residual sugar, and Total Acidity. Since the Sentia’s test strips are time sensitive and there has not been demand for these tests, we don’t have strips for these tests on hand. If you would like to test your wines for any of these 3, please inform VP Byron Froman.
