Group crush for SHW members:
– Chardonnay, target BRIX 23.5
– Roussanne, target BRIX 23
– Tempranillo, target BRIX 25
These 3 varietals are usually ready to pick around mid-August depending on the development of the grapes. The exact date of the group crush will be confirmed closer to the date (it will be on a Saturday).
If you wish to do you own crush/destem, then GBV can pick on most dates.
GBV Chardonnay & Roussanne have both been awarded 91-Points by the Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and the Chardonnay Gold at SF Chronicle Wine Competition.
All $1.50 lb. 100 lb minimum.
