SHW Member John Crispin is putting together a juice and grape buy from the Lanza family at Wooden Valley Winery.
The white will be sold as juice in gallons and will need to be picked up at the time specified by the grower – no exceptions. You must bring your own vessels to take the juice home in, then take them home and pitch your yeast.
The red will be sold as grapes in 36 pound increments. The grapes will be picked, then placed in a cooler at 34 degrees so they can be picked up a few days later. Once we have a list of who is buying what, we can TRY putting people together for crushing teams.
