Folsom Lake College’s Viticulture and Enology program is offering these classes for the fall 2025 semester:
VITI 305: Wines of the World: An 8-week online course that will cover the wines, regions, and styles of 8 major winemaking countries of the world. This course offers optional in-person tasting on Friday nights.
VITI 303: Viticulture: Harvest to Dormancy: A hybrid full-semester course that covers all vineyard topics that happen between harvest to dormancy. We meet once a week, Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 9:30 PM at the El Dorado Conter.
VITI 308: Fruit to Wine: Enology: A hybrid full-semester course that teaches students all components involved in winemaking. Students will make various styles of wine in class and be able to take it home at the end of the semester. This course will be held in person on Thursday nights, from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at the El Dorado Center.
