All Club members are invited to submit their wine entries into the annual Jubilee Wine Competition. The entry period opens on March 16 and closes on April 22. This is a friendly club-only competition when judging takes place on May 16, and the awards are revealed the next day at the Jubilee Picnic and Awards Ceremony.
Whether you are a new winemaker or have made wine for so long that the saccharomyces are hanging off your winery’s rafters, enter this competition! You can earn bragging rights, add some bling for your cellar, and receive feedback from the judges.
- Just one 750 ml bottle is needed per entry
- Your first TWO entries are free and subsequent entries are only $10 each. IMPORTANT! To receive your two free entries, both entries must be registered during the first session. See this link for the details.
- Your wine entries can receive individual Double-Gold, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Honorable Mention or No Award judging scores.
- Honors are given for Best of Class, Best of Division (Red, White, Rose, Sparkling, Fruit-Vegetable, Dessert), and Best of Show.
- Wines entered are evaluated by a panel of judges and written feedback is provided.

Registered wine entries will be accepted at the March 18 and April 15 SHW meetings. You can also drop off your registered wine entries at various locations during the entry period.
