Panel #1: Pre-Fermentation (grape growing, yeast selection, nutrients, techniques applied and adjustments made prior to fermentation completion, wine analysis, etc.)

Panel #2: Post-Fermentation (Cellar operations, fixing wines, use of gases, and other processes up to bottling)
