If you would like your 2024 red non-Bordeaux wine evaluated:

  • bring two 750 ml bottles. If preparing bottles close to thr meeting, don’t add sulfites to the bottles that you’re bringing in. No capsules or wax;
  • label your bottles with you name and variety/blend, and check in with the cellarmaster near the bar prior to the meeting;
  • come to the meeting prepared to share the wine’s fermentation history. The info from your form will be displayed on the screen as you talk;

What’s a red non-Bordeaux wine? Just about any red grape that is not grown in France’s Bordeaux region. Bordeaux grapes include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Touriga.
