The Corteza Vineyards is located in the Contra Costa American Viticultural Area (AVA). Contra Costa AVA is known for its deep, free-draining, sandy soils and unique microclimate.
Grown in the historic sandy soils of Contra Costa County using organic farming practices. We currently have Grenache Noir from 35-year-old dry-farmed vines cultivated using organic practices. Deep-rooted in sandy soils, these vines produce low-yield, intensely flavored fruit. The result is balanced, terroir-driven wine with vibrant red fruit character, spice, and silky tannins.
Cost $2200 per ton and availability about 10 tons.
Small and large quantities available. Delivery options may also be arranged.
