Shape the Future of Our Club: Volunteer for the 2027 Leadership Board!
As we look forward to another great year of crafting, sharing, and learning together, it is time to prepare for the future of our club. We are officially opening the call for volunteers to serve on the 2027 Sacramento Home Winemakers Leadership Board.
Our annual election will take place during our upcoming November monthly meeting. To keep our club thriving, we are seeking passionate members to step into the following critical roles:
- President: Leads the monthly meetings, coordinates board goals, and serves as the primary voice of the club.
- Vice-President: Assists the president, steps in when needed, and helps oversee club programs and scheduling.
- Secretary: Manages club correspondence, records meeting minutes, and helps keep our communication organized.
- Members at Large: Represent the general membership, contribute unique ideas, and support various club initiatives and committees.

Stepping into a leadership role is incredibly rewarding. As a board member, you will have direct input on the events, speakers, and competitions our club presents. It is also the absolute best way to connect deeply with other like-minded winemakers, share knowledge, and build lasting friendships within our vibrant community.
Our club runs entirely on the energy and dedication of volunteers like you. Whether you have been a member for years or recently joined, your fresh perspective and enthusiasm are welcome.
