Hey, the El Dorado County Fair amateur wine competition starts accepting entries on February 16. The competition wines are to be dropped off at the Fairgrounds in Placerville.
Donna Bettencourt can save you a trip. She offers to receive your entries for the competition at the SHW February 18 meeting. Can’t make it to the meeting? Make arrangements with Donna to drop off your wine entries at her house by February 20 before 6 pm. Contact Donna at 916 548-3199.
Donna can ONLY accept entries if the wines have been entered online or have an accompanying entry form and payment, AND affixed with the bottle label.
