Join your fellow Sacramento Home Winemakers on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 7 P.M. at our monthly meeting.

Our featured program will be a moderated panel discussion with four (4) of SHW’s award winning fruit wine makers. They will share the secrets of their success from fruit (and vegetable) selection, and processing, to yeast selection, acid and sugar adjustments, through finishing, and fining.

Tastings will be available of selected wines. Learn how to make fruit wine from the experts!
