July 15, 2026 Meeting – Guest Speaker: Markus Bokisch

Please join us on July 15, 2026 as we welcome Markus Bokisch of Bokisch Wines.

Markus Bokisch is a pioneering winemaker who, alongside his wife Liz, founded Bokisch Vineyards in Lodi, California, in 1999. He is best known as a trailblazer who introduced and popularized premium Spanish grape varieties (like Tempranillo, Albariño, and Graciano) in California, revolutionizing the domestic Spanish and Cava wine movements

Markus will instruct us on Spanish wine grape varietals, their history in California, and winemaking techniques for each varietal and style.

A tasting of Bokisch Spanish wine varietals will cap off the evening.
