Join us in the wine cave at Viña Castellano, tucked into the beautiful hills of Auburn, for a memorable culinary journey across Spain. Throughout the evening we’ll travel through several Spanish regions, pairing wines with authentic tapas while sharing the stories behind each dish and the secrets of perfect food and wine pairings.

A map of Spain will guide our journey as we move from region to region, exploring flavors, traditions, and wines that capture the spirit of Spanish hospitality.
