The Club’s November meeting is also known as the Annual Meeting when elections are held for the incoming year’s Executive Board. Members in attendance can cast their votes; one vote per household membership. Proxy votes will also be accepted as specified prior to the election.
Positions on the Executive Board are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Chair, and up to five Executive Board Members at Large. The President and Vice President are elected annually and may serve for no more than two consecutive years. The Secretary and Treasurer are elected to two-year terms, Secretary on the odd years (current Secretary Kathy Froman will be serving her second year in 2026) and Treasurer on the even years; there is no limit to the number of terms they may serve. The Membership Chair and up to five Executive Board Members at Large are elected annually with no limit on the number of terms they may serve.

- President – Byron Froman
- Vice President – Donna Bettencourt
- Treasurer – Sue Nemeth
- Membership Chair – Tammy Cross
- Members at Large – Ron Boyle, Scott Carpenter, John Crispin, Bruce Currie, Jeff Giordano, Chuck Rairdan, Thad Rodgers
