The vineyards are located on the floor of the Sonoma Valley in the town of Sonoma. The grapes were sold to Rosenblum for years under the Maggie’s Reserve label.
Available are 4 tons of 135-year old Zinfandel, and about half ton of Semillon. A delicious wine is produced when the two varieties are co-fermented. Fruit should be ready later this month or early October.
$1 a pound. Buyer picks with help from the grower.
