Clark Smith Seminar: Recent Innovations in Winemaking and How to Make Wine Better Than the Pros
As home winemakers, we enjoy certain advantages and opportunities that aren’t afforded to regulated commercial operations or that are less feasible on a large scale. Renowned author (Postmodern Winemaking, among other titles), educator and wine consultant, Clark Smith is joining us on to share next-level winemaking innovations and techniques for crafting wines that are both soulful and combine the art and science that we home winemakers can employ to rival or even better our off-the-shelf competitors, often at a fraction of retail prices.
