Wine Evaluation Form for Meetings

To help the meeting’s evaluators discuss your wine, the Wine Evaluation Form asks for the wine’s basic info including pre-fermentation and fermentation vitals and any adjustments that you’ve made including oak exposure.

• Ahead of the meeting: complete the Wine Evaluation form either in Word or Excel and email to Vice President Byron Froman at befroman@gmail.com. Keep the file easily accessible for your use during the meeting.

• At the meeting: printed copies of the form will be available for you to complete before the evening’s program starts. Hand one copy to VP Byron and keep the other copy for your use.

No worries if you don’t have all of the information the form requests but the more info you share the better the evaluators can assess your wines.
