Winemaking 201 is designed for winemakers with a minimum of 3 vintages experience. Seasoned winemakers are the panelists in this Q&A format focusing on pre and post fermentation topics. There is no singular way to make wine, and the workshop’s objective is to provide to intermediate wine makers information to help develop their own wine making styles.

The half-day Saturday workshop is in Sacramento at InAlliance, begins at 9 a.m. and concludes with a potluck. Bring a dish to share, your wine glass and an optional bottle of wine.
