Scott Harvey has must for sale – Syrah, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Zinfandel grape must at $1.20 per lb. (stems usually comprise 7-12% of picked grapes by weight). All are Amador County grapes. The cabernet sauvignon is from a higher elevation.
When the grapes are ready Scott will contact you and you just roll up with your vessels to his winery in Amador and they will pump your must into your vessels.
