We have some Cabernet Sauvignon available. We will be doing our last pick & crush/destem this Saturday. It will be at 26-27 Brix with dark fruit and jammy notes i.e. large % is dimpled, some raisined, and north side with red/dark cherry flavors. The price is $1 per pound. Please let us know if you still have any wine club members looking for grapes and interested in dark fruit flavors for a big high alcohol wine (or would make a great port) – we will be doing both a wine and a port for our own label.
