The Estate Vineyard, located in the Geneseo District sub-AVA, southeast of the town of Paso Robles, exemplifies the quality of the Paso Robles region with its warm days, cool coastal breezes, and exceptional soils.

The vineyards are watered when needed but not dry farmed, yield averages 2.5 tons per acre. Vines were planted in the 80’s. Total vineyard is a solid 45-50 acres of Paso wine grapes.

Harvest for the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah is estimated at early October.  Brix are currently sitting at around 20-21 on average.

Tempranillo and Tinta Cao are ready now.

Grower picks: $1000 / ton. Half ton minimum.

Buyer picks: For Syrah, $700-900 / ton. Everything else $800 / ton. No minimum.

Red Blotch may be in some areas of vineyards.
