Curious about using pressurized gasses in your wine making? Us, too!
Join fellow SHW members for an hour of chat on the topic. The format would be similar to the Limoncello Zoom where 5-6 members share how they use gas and pressurized equipment to make and protect wines. We can talk corny / pony kegs, adequate pressure, safety, yeasts, inert gasses, soda streams, ways to carbonate wines to make dancing bubbles, beer / wine cross-over techniques, etc. Let’s keep everything casual encouraging viewers to ask questions during the presentations.
