Tiffany Van Dyke brought is intriguing salad to the August 2016 Winemaking 101. We were abuzz trying to guess the chunky yellow salad’s ingredients – the salad’s combination of flavors are unique!
Watermelon and Cucumber Salad
Cut 1″ cubes from 1.5 golden watermelons
6 to 8 Persian cucumbers, sliced
Salt and pepper
About 8 mint leaves
Place watermelon in bowl, add cucumber slices. Season with salt and pepper and a dash or two of cayenne pepper. Finely chopped mint, add to bowl and mix.
