See You At The Party on Wednesday!

Hey, Partygoers,

SHW Holiday Party Fundraising Coordinator Extraordinaire Vickie Rosalli is excited to share with you some of the unique items that you’ll have a chance to get your hands on at this Wednesday’s party.

Amongst the generous donations, you’ll find original art work, decor, gold medal winning wines and grapes, knife sharpening and lawnmower tune-up services, bottling parties, home made sausages, baked sweets, and gourmet collections.  Additional highlights:

Mountains and lakes beckon –

Two nights on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore (sleeps up to 9) at Brown Bear Lodge.  Donated by Jacque and Craig Brown.

Clear Lake Weekend for 2 People – donator David Hicks invites you to spend 3 days / 2 nights pampered by him!  You’ll visit the area’s wineries, go sailing or power boating on the lake, get fed, and relax in the expansive scenery.  Two weekends for 2 people each.

Pair of Adult Ski Tickets to Sugar Bowl Ski Resort.  You might even see Mountain Host Bill Staehlin at the lodge.

Fill Your Tummies –

Italian Cooking Class –  grab your bestie and learn to make ravioli and lunch and wine with Alan & Peggy Piccardo.

Ever been to Fair Play?  Here’s your chance!  Bom Vinho offers a day of winery and vineyard visits topped off with a scrumptious crab dinner for 4 people.

Expand your winemaking skills –

If you’ve wondered about making wine from  kits, Rex Johnston and Barbara Bentley make it easy for you.  They’ve donated 20 different wine kits (yes, 20!) for the silent auction.  The varied collection includes Stag’s Leap District Merlot, Italian Nebbiolo, and Blackberry Pinot Noir.

Check out this list for other fun silent auction items:  2017 Silent Auction Items.  You don’t need to present to wine win – bids accepted by proxy.  Contact Vickie Rosalli prior to the party:  916 342-1099.

Many thanks to members and guests supporting Sacramento Home Winemakers!
