The joint BBQ with the AWA is quickly approaching. Last day to sign up is May 15th! All the glorious details are below. Spots are filling up fast so sign up today! We’ll enjoy world class delicious BBQ from the Speed’s which will include choice of Tri-Tip, Chicken or both, baked beans and coleslaw.

Later this month, members will be assigned a dish to bring based on the first letter of their last name. (Ex: members with last names from A-F will bring appetizers, etc).
Each membership brings a bottle of wine to share.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS:
5:00 pm- Check-in, grab a glass and mingle
6:30 pm- Dinner Time!
7:30 pm- Wine Competition Awards
REMINDERS AND IMPORTANT DATES
May 15th- Cut off for members and guests. If you are not on the attendee list as of this date there will be no admittance. I know this is a bit firm, but we need to have an accurate headcount for the caterer.
