And he’s sharing his delicious chili recipe. Mike says he’s developed the concoction over the years, adding some unexpected ingredients to create a chili bean dish that’s full of flavor and depth. Be forewarned, Mike Anderson’s Chili results in a HUGE pot of chili beans, enough to feed half a neighborhood!
