SHW’s Winemaking 201 is planned for this Saturday, April 2. If you’re still thinking about coming to this workshop designed for winemakers with 3+ vintages, contact Bruce Currie by Friday, April 1. Two panels discuss harvest/fermentation and cellar operations /wine ageing, and allow lots of time for your questions. Panelists share their wines that reflect their winemaking styles and techniques. SHW members only, 9AM – 1PM, midtown Sacramento, $20pp. More info on page 4 of the March 2016 The Grapevine.
